11th Day – on this day the solution is made of juice of 3 squeezed lemons which are mixed with 3 cups of distilled water, adding half a teaspoon of honey.

12th Day –  you will need 2 lemons, squeeze the juice out of them and combine it with 2 cups of distilled water and half a teaspoon of honey.

13th Day – mix 1 cup of distilled water with the squeezed juice out of 1 lemon, including half a teaspoon of honey.

14th Day – this is your last day when you should drink this solution throughout the whole day. Take 3 lemons, squeeze their juice and combine it with 3 cups of distilled water and 1 tablespoon of honey.

It is highly advisable to drink this solution all at once, however if you cannot do this, drink as much as possible in the morning, and leave the rest for later. Drink the rest of the mix 1 hour before your next meal.
