- 1 cup of pomegranate juice (unsweetened)
- 3/4 cup of pineapple juice(unsweetened)
- 3 cups of water
- 1 lemon
Just mix all the ingredients in a cup and enjoy it. With these quantities of the ingredients you can obtain 4 servings which you can consume during the day.
Detox drink with kale, pineapple and ginger
This detox beverage contains powerful ingredients. Namely, kale is beneficial for kidneys cleanse; pineapple contains bromelain that aids digestion, and ginger on the other hand stimulates bile flow in the gall bladder.
- 2 large cucumbers
- 1 bunch of kale; you need to remove the stems
- Half squeezed lemon
- Half a cup of pineapple
