Forward Bends

It is quite simple, just put your hands on the floor and keep a straight position. After that, lean down. Perform this procedure 10 times.

Side Bends

For this exercise you will need a dumbbell, and then put your hand down and the other one place it on the back of the head. Next, begin moving your hand by making short movements. Do this exercise 15 times.

Superman posture

 

For this one, you need to lie down on your stomach and then raise both of your hands. However, ensure having still legs. Do this 15 times.

Bow stance

Again you need to lie down on your stomach, but this time with your hands grab your lower legs. After that, start moving forwards and in reverse. Perform this for 1 minute.

Bridge

Now, you need to lie down on your back and then bend your knees. Next, place your hands on the floor over your head. In this position, begin to elevate your body curving your back. Remain like this for several seconds and after that slowly lower your body back to the floor.
