- 1 pound of carrots
- 3 to 4 tablespoons of honey
Instructions: Initially, slash the carrots, put them in a pot and pour some water over them. Afterwards, put the pot on the stove and boil them until they become soft. When they are cooked, remove the pot from the heat, and mash them either with a blender or a fork.
Keep the water of the carrots, and let it cool down. Include the honey in it. Then, add this solution to the mashed carrots so that you prepare natural syrup. Store the syrup in the fridge on a temperature of 46-50 Fahrenheit.
Use: There is no strict limitation of how to use it since it is natural and it is safe. You can take 3 to 4 spoons during the day. In just about two day you will notice visible improvements, and after a longer use, the phlegm from your lungs will be removed and it will successfully treat the cough.
