Breakfast: oats cup mixed with seeds, berries or almonds, or three scrambled eggs
Snack: small bowl of nuts
Lunch: chicken breasts (poached) and lightly cooked butternut squash, carrots, parsnips, beets and beans.
Supper: broiled fish and green beans, and stir-fry mushrooms and broccoli
Breakfast: oats cup mixed seeds, almonds or berries, or spinach with three scrambled eggs
Snack: small bowl of nuts
Lunch: Zucchini with pepper and lemon dressing, red/green shredded cabbage salad and carrots or thyme and vinegar, sliced parsley and lemon juice
Dinner: bean soup and veggies, veggie casserole, or bok choy with baked cod and Brussels sprouts and roasted turnips
Breakfast: oats cup mixed with almonds, seeds and berries, or radish, sautéed kale and walnut salad, shrimp and three eggs (fried)
Snack: small bowl of nuts
Lunch: roasted chicken thighs with lemon, rosemary and sage, or roasted chicken in an oven with olives (black), onion and thyme
Dinner: vegetables with onion, garlic, celery, carrots, thyme with mushrooms heads, or penne pasta and basil, mushroom and tomato sauce
Drinks are very important if you want to quit sugar, but also you should know that if you skip drinks that contain sugar you will easier prevent the dependency to sugar. Instead you can consume healthier beverages which will make you more energized and refreshed, and also it will improve your metabolism.
- Detox water – you should consume sliced blueberries, oranges, strawberries, or grapefruits, and you can add fresh rosemary. The ingredients of your choice should be placed in a jar with filtered water, and you can keep it in the fridge. You should consume this drink on daily basis
- Tea – you should consume green or herbal tea, but remember to consume it without sweetener or sugar. Consume it at least 3 times per day
- Coffee – you can consume only one cup of coffee per day without any sugar
