Detox Plan to Quickly Remove Every Poison from the Body

If you experience fatigue and tiredness even though you have had enough sleep or you are lacking energy, then you need to perform a detox treatment. For sure you do not like your dry and pale skin, and of course those raccoon eyes, therefore you need to perform this treatment.

This is a weekend detox plan which you should do it two times a year for ten days. Make sure to implement this detox plan, and if it is difficult to do it during working days, then do it over the weekends.

Weekend Detox plan

Saturday

Breakfast:

  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 1 cup of oat flakes and 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
  • Half a cup of fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup of Greek yoghurt or green tea
  • 1 cupl low-fat yogurt or almond milk

Lunch:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 9 oz grilled hake, Swiss chard and extra virgin olive oil plus 1 roasted potato
  • 2 cups of salad (tomato, green, arugula)
  • 1 small banana and a slice of melon

Snack:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 apple
  • ¼ cup of pumpkin seeds
  • ¾ cup of yoghurt

Dinner:

  • 2 cups of salad (dress with lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil)
  • Half a cup of steam-cooked vegetables (spinach and broccoli)
  • Green smoothie (celery, spinach, banana and apple)
  • 1 cup of water or anise tea

Sunday

Breakfast:

  • 1 cup of oat flakes
  • 1 cup of almond milk or low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
  • 1 pear and green tea

Snack:

  • Grapefruit

Lunch:

  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 7 oz grilled chicken
  • 5 oz pickles
  • Vegetable soup (pepper, carrot, onion, beans, potato, celery)

Dinner:

  • Green smoothie (almonds, berries, spinach, banana, kale, and cucumber)
  • Beets and carrots dressed with lemon juice
  • Nettle tea

For optimal detox, repeat this diet plan for 3 more days. You can also prepare the following juice and drink it daily. All you have to do is to blend the following ingredients:

  • 1 apple
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 cup of water
