- 4 tablespoons of sugar

First, remove the petioles and nicely wash the tomatoes in cold water. After that grind them and include salt and sugar in the solution. Then leave it to cook. You need to stir constantly so that it does not burn, cook for extra 10 minutes with consistent mixing. When the tomatoes are cooked transfer them in sanitized glass jars and close them tightly.
