  • 5 cracker crackers.

Dinner

  • 2 hotdogs (without the bun)
  • Half a cup of carrots
  • 1 cup of broccoli
  • Half a banana
  • Half a cup of vanilla ice cream.

THIRD DAY

Breakfast

  • 1 piece of cheddar cheese
  • 5 cracker crackers
  • 1 small apple.

Lunch

  • 1 piece of toast
  • 1 hardboiled or prepared egg (if you want).

Dinner

  • 1 cup of tuna
  • Half a banana
  • 1 cup of vanilla ice cream.

Have in mind that the results of this diet will be enhanced if you properly exercise. However, if you are less active person you are not obliged to do extremely vigorous workouts, but a simple walk or some regular stretching will do the job. Persons who are more active should do activities such as running, jumping a rope, swimming, and so on.
