GARLIC SOUP RECIPE: 100 Times More Efficient Than Antibiotics!

Amazing Garlic Soup Recipe

  • 50 cleaned and peeled cloves of garlic (approx. 5 heads)
  • 2 big chopped onions
  • 6 cups clear chicken stock
  • 3 cups of bread cut into cubes (stale)
  • 1 cup of fat sour cream
  • a lot of fresh herbs like bay leaf, parsley, thyme (you can also use dried herbs)
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme (chopped)

Method of preparation:

Start with heating the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Put all the cloves separated or just cut off the bulb of the cloves over a piece of aluminum foil. Sprinkle over them some olive oil and roast it for hour and a half. When the roasting time has finished, leave them to cool down for a couple of minutes. Afterwards, mash the garlic cloves with a fork.

Then use a pot and put it on a medium heat, so that you heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and butter. Include the onions and cook for 10 minutes. Now, add the mashed garlic into the pot. Then include the herbs and the chicken broth.
When you are including the bread, lower the heat and cook for additional 5 minutes, or until the bread cubes become soft. Use your blender or mixer and blend the soup until it becomes smooth, and then again return it to the heat, and add some sour cream. You can season it with salt and pepper.

It may seem that it needs more time to prepare it, but it is worth it because the health benefits cannot be replaced with anything else.
