- a dash of cinnamon

You can even make your own coconut milk at home.Canned coconut milk and coconut cream are easily available, with mainstream and health food stores often carrying at least one brand and Asian grocery stores often carrying dozens of brands.
In the early morning, mix all ingredients in the mixer on high speed, until you get a homogeneous mix.Not to be confused with coconut water, which comes from the center of young green coconuts, coconut milk is made from grated and pressed brown coconut, much like almond or cashew milks. And, thanks to a high fat content it has a rich, mildly sweet flavor and creamy texture.
If you have an ice-cream machine, run the mix through it.If you do it right you may even be able to convince yourself that its health food! If not, leave it in the fridge for 4 hours, and freeze it until it is firm. Note that you must remove it on every hour to whisk with a fork.
