In order to keep the breasts firm you will need to do regular exercises. As we already mentioned, if you lost weight very drastically you might have sagged breasts. Exercising will help you keep the firm, but also make sure that you consume healthy food in order to maintain the health of the connective tissue.

- Egg – 1
- Yogurt – 2 tablespoons
- Vitamin E – 1 teaspoon
You will need to mix all ingredients and apply this mixture on your breasts. Massage them while you apply this mixture and leave it for 15 minutes. Afterwards you should knead them with olive oil 4 times per day.
