Homemade Strawberry Chips: Prevent Diabetes and Lose Weight

Homemade Strawberry Chips

Required Ingredients:

  • 12 strawberries, rinsed and hulled
  • half a cup of water
  • half a cup of raw honey


Start with boiling the honey and water till the honey dissolves. Remove the pan from heat and leave the solution to cool off. Then preheat the stove to 390 degrees Fahrenheit, and slice the strawberries lengthwise very thinly. Next, soak the pieces in cooled syrup and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake them at a low temperature till they dry out, for about 2 hours. When the strawberries become completely dried out, take them out of the stove and put them on a cooling rack.
