Hummoli: The Guacamole-Hummus Dip Filled with Avocado, Chickpeas, Olive Oil, and more Healthy Ingredients

It must be something with the contrast of textures and flavors; therefore in this article we will give you a recipe for your new favorite dip.

The most delicious dips that we all like are hummus and guacamole, so wouldn’t be great to try to combine both of them and get one extraordinary savory new dip which no one can resist.

The combination of textures and flavors that these two dips offer is amazing and incredibly delicious, especially when you combine proteins (from garbanzo beans) and good fat (from the avocados).

Recipe for the Guacamole-Hummus Dip

Required Ingredients

  • 2 cups of garbanzo beans
  • 1 lemon (squeezed juice)
  • 1 or 2 avocados (at your own taste)
  • 3 teaspoons of olive oil
  • A pinch of cilantro
  • Sea salt and pepper (optional, at your own preference)

Method of Preparation

Use a bowl, and place all of the ingredients, mix them except the cilantro, roughly mashed. However, if you wish texture delivered by the use of blender, then place all the ingredients in a blender and blend.

Transfer the resulting mixture to your favorite serving bowl and on top add the cilantro.

Have in mind that having quality ingredients makes a huge difference in the taste of the final product. Better, fresher ingredients will provide better tasteful dip.
