Recipe for extract preparation from olive leaves at home:

Both dried and fresh olive leaves can be used for preparing this extract. You need a lot of olive leaves about 100 to 150 fresh leaves per liter water. If you choose to use dry leaves lower the amount to one third. Washing the leaves properly is a must, and for that reason leave them in a water with baking soda for a few minutes and rinse them completely.

Afterwards, put these leaves in water and boil them. When the water reaches the boiling point, lower heat and simmer for extra 15 minutes. Strain the liquid and put in glass bottles and keep it in a refrigerator. Now, you have ready extract.

Use:

You need to take 1 teaspoon of the extract three times in a day with the meal. You can dilute it with water if you find the extract too strong.
