- 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)
- 1 ginger root (medium size)
Start with grating the ginger root, and then mix it with 1 cup of ACV in a bowl made of glass. After that, pour the solution into glass jar and seal it nicely with a lid. Keep it on a room temperature for 10 days. You need to shake the solution from time to time so that you get the best results.
