  1. Not enough water consumption
    Due to body dehydration many health issues can occur. Likewise, excess use of alcohol and coffee can contribute to this process. Try to think when you have had your essential six to eight glasses of water during the day.   3. Chronic stress
    Stress is another risk factor for appearance of bloating. As when you are under stress, the digestive system cannot function accordingly. Likewise, your bloating may be triggered by constipation and stomach ache. Therefore, try to completely liberate yourself from the negative feelings and notions, and you will resolve your problem once and for all.
  4. Eating too quickly
    You need to stop fast eating as soon as possible because partially chewed foods are slowly absorbed, and as a result of that you are bloated. Because of that, take little bites, and chew them slowly and nicely.
  5. Carbohydrates
    Excessive intake of carbs may substantially contribute to bloated stomach. Therefore, consume low-carb foods, and avoid consumption of sugar and alcohol. Introduce more fresh fruits and vegetables into your diet.
