Quench Your Thirst: Healthy Homemade Ginger Ale – RECIPE!


Summer is finally here and it is time to find your next most favorite drink. We are going to present to you the best drink that doesn’t contain soda and alcohol. Have your tried ginger ale?

Ginger ale is great remedy that contains lots of health benefits, but most importantly it will relieve the sugar cravings. This beverage doesn’t contain sugars or phosphoric acid, as well as artificial ingredients. The beverage contains only natural ingredients that will help you refresh and improve the health. Here is how to prepare it:


  1. Ginger (peeled and chopped) – 4 pieces
  2. Filtered water – 3 ½ cups
  3. Lemon oil – 3 teaspoons or 1-2 lemons juiced
  4. Shimmering mineral water – 1 cup
  5. Vanilla extract – 2 tablespoons
  6. Stevia


You will need to boil the ginger for 10 minutes and afterwards pressure it to release liquid. Transfer the liquid in a pitcher and add the remaining ingredients except the mineral water. Keep this mixture in a fridge and consume 1/8 or ¼ of a cup mixed with glass of water. Consume it on daily basis.
