According to newly performed studies some of the ingredients that are easily available on the market can postpone the aging process of the brain, and regain its power.
Those ingredients are leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale and grape leaves; and two portions of them on daily basis will be more than enough to improve the function of the brain.
Namely, these kinds of vegetables are loaded with vitamin K and as a result of that the lifespan of the brain is prolonged for another 11 years and the brain becomes revitalized. This study involved participants of the older generation which evaluated their cognitive abilities. The results revealed that the persons who consumed green leafy vegetables regularly showed better function of the brain when compared to the function of the brain of the other older people who did not consume these particular vegetables. In fact, people who ate leafy vegetables showed brain function like the brain of eleven years younger person.
