Bread is often used in many foods and people consume it as addition to their main meal. In fact the bread is very high in carbs and leads to gaining weight. If you are one of those people that want to enjoy their sandwiches without gaining weight, we have the flourless bread rolls recipe that will replace the high carb bread. Here is how to prepare it:
- Eggs – 3
- Cream cheese – ½ cup
- Baking soda – ½ teaspoon
- Pinch of salt
- Baking paper
You will need to beat the whites from the eggs in a bowl, and add salt in it. In another bowl you will need to mix the yolks, cream cheese and baking soda. Mix it well until you get fine homogenous mixture, and afterwards mix both mixtures gradually in order to keep the volume.
Use a pan where you will spread the baking paper and put the bread rolls on it. Leave enough space between the rolls and heat in oven on 300 degrees F. Bake for 25 minutes.
You don’t need to worry too much about the shape of the rolls, but rather leave them to cool off once they are done. Put them in a container and close it. Leave it overnight and in the morning you will notice that they have changed the shape.
You will be amazed of this bread since it will be very soft and ideal for sandwiches. Feel free to cut one of the rolls on half and fill it with your favorite chicken breast, vegetables, and mozzarella. This will be your healthies sandwich that you have eaten ever.
