Turmeric and kefir: Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric to a cup of kefir, and drink each morning.
Lemon juice and turmeric: Mix 1 teaspoon of organic turmeric powder with lemon juice from ½ organic lemon and ½ teaspoon of sea salt. Add water and enjoy.
- 1 organic turmeric root, chopped
- 4 cups vegetable or organic bone broth
