Even though, we are saying that you can lose weight even while watching TV you shouldn’t avoid going to the gym or disregard your regular exercising. This recipe is a perfect solution for those days when you don’t feel like doing anything, feeling lazy and having no desire for any kind of exercise. In those days this is the drink that you will need:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon

Instruction: You can always include more or less of the ingredient, but the ratio of honey and cinnamon is always 2:1 (two parts honey and 1part cinnamon).

First boil the water and stir in the cinnamon. Cover the dish that you use and leave it to stay like that until it cools down to your desired temperature. Then put in some organic honey and stir it. However, never add honey in hot water, as the heat will destroy all honey’s nutrients and enzymes.

For optimal results, consume half of the drink before bedtime. Store the remaining drink in a fridge and drink it in the morning. Always consume it on an empty stomach, and never reheat it.
