7 Stretches in 7 Minutes for Complete Lower Back Pain Relief

Stretches For Lower Back Pain Relief

  1. The Hamstring Floor Stretching

Stay in this position for 30 minutes. Perform it two times on each leg.

  1. Knee to Chest Stretching

By using this type of stretching you will relax and strengthen the glutes. Stay like this for around 20 seconds – repeat two times for each leg.

  1. Spinal Stretching

If you suffer from sciatica, then this would be very useful stretch for you. Hold this position for around 20 seconds, and then use it on the other knee. Do this several times, however do not overdo it.

  1. The Piriformis Stretching

Keep this position for 30 seconds and after that repeat with the other leg. 

  1. The Hip Flexors Stretching

Remain in this position for around 30 seconds, and then repeat the same procedure with the other leg.

  1. The Quadriceps Lying Down Stretching

Stay in this position for 30 seconds on each side. Do this stretch twice on each side. 

  1. The Total Back Stretching

Keep this position for around 30 seconds and try the following one:

Stay in this position for 10 seconds on both sides.
