- 10 stems of fresh parsley (without the roots)
- 2 tbsp. of wine vinegar
- 4 cups of local white or red wine
- 10 ounces of raw honey
Method of preparation:
Put the parsley stems together with its leaves in 4 cups of pure natural wine and with the two tablespoons of wine vinegar. Then, boil for 10minuteson a low heat. When the foam starts to appear, add 10 ounces of raw honey and let it cook on low fire for 4 minutes.
Previously prepare warm bottles cleaned with high percentage of alcohol, strain the mixture and pour it in them. Seal and close them good. The precipitate that forms is not harmful, and you can consume it without any worry. The honey is included at the end.
The intake is of 1 tablespoon each day until the signs are gone. If you suffer from more serious disease you can use it for a longer period of time.
