We all loved the “The Golden Girl” entertaining us for many years, but for sure for most of you Betty White was your favorite. She has this inner charisma that reaches every person no matter of the age. This year, on January 22, she celebrated her 97th birthday, and being unique as she is she spent the day with her friends and a game of poker.
In her interview in Parade magazine, she joked that her lifespan is due to vodka and hot dogs, and her current age will not stop her from working.
We have first seen Betty on screen in the far 1950s, and since then she is over 70 years in the show business for which she was given an award with the title of Longest TV Career for an Entertainer (Female).
In the 1955 she won the first title, the honorary title Mayor of Hollywood as she was the first woman to produce a sitcom (“Life with Elizabeth”).
