Turmeric Juice Shot
- 1 tsp. of natural turmeric powder or ½ inch organic turmeric root
- ½ natural lemon
- Sea salt
Preparation: First squeeze the lemon, and mix its juice along with the turmeric and salt in a mixer.
- 4 cups of vegetable or organic bone broth
- 1 knuckle grated/ sliced organic turmeric
- Dash of black pepper
Preparation: Start with simmering the broth together with the turmeric for 15 minutes. Then strain larger pieces and raise turmeric bioavailability by adding a little bit of black pepper.
There are two ways of making it: simply chop some turmeric and add it to the tea maker. Here is the other way of preparing it:
- Half a teaspoon of fresh grated natural turmeric
- Pure raw organic honey to taste

- 1 cup hot water

Preparation: Use a pot and include all ingredients. Then, simmer for 1 minute, and the Golden milk is ready for consumption.

Include turmeric into your regular smoothie, or try to prepare this delicious smoothie:
- 1 tsp. of organic turmeric powder or fresh turmeric
- 2 tbsp. of coconut flakes
- 1 tsp. of maca root
- ½ organic coconut or organic almond milk
- 1 ½ cups frozen pineapple or mango
- 1 tsp. of hemp seed hearts
