Diseases of the liver and gallbladder are very common nowadays. Some of the causes of these diseases are environmental factors (pollution), medications and certain foods.
Check out what foods are harmful to the liver:
White flour and all products from it – this is the main reason for the formation of gallstones, also contributes to cirrhosis of the liver. White flour and all products made of it hinder the normal functioning of the liver and gallbladder.
White foods and spices – white rice, white sugar, salt. Try to replace white rice with brown rice and white sugar with brown sugar. Of course, as we know we can’t do without salt, but it is better to limit the use to a minimum.
Smoked, marinated and salted meat. When eating meat try to combine it with apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, onion, thyme and sage.
Sausages and boiled sausage salami
Too spicy food is particularly harmful
Lard and margarine
Any type of processed food
Fatty and toasted foods
Foods that have in their composition too many colors, flavors and enhancers
For existing liver and gallbladder problems beans and garlic are not advised and consumption of mushrooms and walnuts should be limited.
Be careful when you take certain pills and antibiotics, because some of them have a negative impact on the liver. Paracetamol (Tylenol) for example does significant damage to the liver. If you want to properly take care of your liver, try not to drink too much alcohol, especially subprime alcoholic beverages.
When you consume alcohol, the liver starts to eliminate it from body, and other important processes such as processing of blood saturated with different substances are left behind. Be very carefully with the liver and gallbladder, as with age, even without external factors their function weakens and they begin to work slower.
