Preparation of French fries without a Drop of Oil
- 5-7 potatoes
- 2 egg whites
- A pinch of ground black pepper (at your own preference)
- A pinch of sweet paprika (at your own preference)
- Some salt to taste
Method of preparation:
Start with peeling the potatoes, then cut them into little pieces with a thickness of 1/2 inch. Next, beat the egg whites till foam shows. After that, add the salt, the paprika and the pepper in them. Stir everything well.
Place the potatoes in a bowl and pour the mixture over them. You need to pre-heat your oven to 390– 430°F, and then put the potatoes inside. Bake for around 7 to 10 minutes, and when they become golden on the surface take them from the oven. Now, you have ready healthy French fries, enjoy them with your friends and if you want to enrich their taste add whatever you like on them.
