Doctors are WARNING: If You Use Aluminum Foil, Stop or Face Fatal Consequences

Aluminum foil is almost used everywhere, in our homes, restaurants, and recently we started to use for treating common ailments. It is used in the cooking process, then for wrapping leftovers or some other food items. Unfortunately, we have some disturbing recollections regarding the use of aluminum foil.

First of all, aluminum is a neurotoxic heavy metal that has an adverse effect on brain function, and sadly enough it has been related to Alzheimer’s disease. Namely,medical experts claim that due to its exposure mental decline can occur, further on, loss of coordination, memory, bodily control, and balance; and all these conditions can be long-lasting.

Moreover, cooking with this metal may affect the bones health, due to the fact that the metal is being accumulated inside the bones winning over calcium in the competition for the tight bone space. In that way, calcium is considerably lost which is essential substance for bone health.

Additionally, researchers have related cooking with aluminum foil with pulmonary fibrosis and other respiratory concerns thanks to inhalation of aluminum particles. The effect is the same even with grilling.

Up to now we have all been familiar with the health threat of aluminum cans, but no one paid enough attention to the aluminum foil, and to the caused damage.

Most of the people do not know the fact that aluminum foil which is used for cooking releases parts of metal into the food due to the high cooking temperatures. It is possible for the metal not to be released, but chemical leaking of aluminum can occur when some spices or lemons are included in the food.

According to Dr. Essam Zubaidy, a chemical engineering researcher at the American University of Sharjah, revealed that in one meal which is cooked in aluminum foil can contain up to 400mg of aluminum. He made a detailed study regarding this issue where he states, quoting: “The higher the temperature, the more the leaching. Foil is not suitable for cooking and is not suitable for using with vegetables like tomatoes, citrus juice or spices.”

If you did not know the recommended daily allowance (RDA), according to the World Health Organization (WHO) is down to 60mg a day.
