Once you wake up, drink 250ml of lukewarm water prior consuming anything.

Breakfast – 1 glass of lukewarm water, 200 ml of plain yoghurt or almond milk, half a cup of fresh blueberries, 250 ml of Greek yogurt or green tea, 1 tablespoon of flaxseed, 1 cup of flakes, oats.

Lunch – Consume 250 ml of water, a salad of chard and potatoes with a little olive oil, 250g of hake grilled, 2 cups of salad (rocket and tomatoes), and for dessert a slice of melon and a small banana.

Snack – 250 ml of water, 180ml of yogurt, ¼ cup of pumpkin seeds, and 1 apple.

Dinner – 250 ml of water or aniseed tea, 150g of grilled tuna, half a cup of steamed vegetables like spinach and broccoli, 2 cups of salad seasoned with olive oil and lemon.
