Method of Preparation:
First you need to slice up the bananas, and then make sandwiches spreading them with peanut butter. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and then place them in the freezer for an hour.
Next, melt the chocolate in a microwave for 15 to 20 seconds, but make sure to stir it. If by any chance there are clumps add a drop of coconut oil. Dip the sandwiches in the melted chocolate, and again place them on the baking sheet, and put them in the freezer. Leave them till they become solid.
