Harvard Scientist Urges People to Stop Drinking “Low-Fat” Milk Immediately

Advises from many different nutritional guidance are recommending the use of low-fat or fat-free milk. In fact many nutritionists and specialists don’t agree with this thesis. Instead, they believe that consuming dairy products with all the fat in it is healthy and everyone should consider doing it.

It is known that raw and natural milk offers plenty of health benefits for everyone. Harvard graduate who is nutritional specialists claims that processed milk products are actually harmful for your health due to the large amounts of sweeteners that are added. Some facts that he mentions are the 2% milk that people use, actually contains 12.3 grams of sugary foods. Also Reese’s peanut butter cup and chocolate chip biscuit contains lots of sugars which makes them harmful for your health.

Research study conducted by David Ludwig which was published in the Journal of the American Medical Association Pediatrics found that beverages and products that contain sugar and sweeteners are extremely harmful for your health. If you consume these products on daily basis it is expected that you will end up with weight gain, inflammatory pain and in some cases it might cause development of diabetes disease. There are many different associations across the US which recommends that people should avoid consumption of sugary drinks. Some of these associations are Department of Agriculture, the American Academy of Pediatrics and many more.

Another research was conducted back in 2005 with 12,829 children involved aged 9-14 years. The results showed that children who consume low-fat milk end up with weight gain, whereas those who consumed full-fat milk were healthier and with normal weight.
