  1. Filtered water – 3 ½ cups
  2. Ginger – 4 inch piece (chopped)
  3. Vanilla extract – 2 tablespoons
  4. Lemon oil – 3 teaspoons
  5. Stevia
  6. Sparkling mineral water – 1 cup
  7. Small pot
  8. Strainer


You will need to boil the ginger in water for 10 minutes. Afterwards strain the ginger piece and pour juice in a jar. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Keep the mixture in a cool place or refrigerator. In the morning you should mix 1/8 or ¼ of this syrup in an 8oz of sparkling mineral water.
