In Memory of Our Loved Ones Who Left Us Too Soon

Life is a never ending cycle, we are born, grow, get older, and in the end we die. Although we are very familiar with this we still feel devastated when we lose someone in our lives. We know that death is inevitable as a human being, but the grief that we experience can be really devastating. For most people the greatest comfort is that their loved one is at a better place. Some even find comfort in the fact that they can contact us even after death.

There is no scientific evidence but the count of people who believe in that are many. Moreover, many spiritual people, authors, psychics, and ordinary people claim they have experienced certain things that can be related only to their deceased loved ones. They believe that the deceased are sometimes nearby long after their deaths.

The author of “What the Dead Have Taught Me About Living Well”, Rebecca Rosen, maintains:

“Setting the intention to be open to the signs is your best strategy for noticing them. While they may feel small and easy to dismiss at first, signs from the Other Side often increase in frequency and size when they are focused on and acknowledged.”

Signs of the Presence of Our Deceased Loved Ones

  • Feeling their presence at funerals

According to psychic James Van Praagh many people after they die are present at their funerals in an attempt to comfort their loved ones. Therefore, during the funeral you may feel how someone is touching you or caressing your skin. This means that the soul of your loved one is just trying to reach to you.

  • Sensing them

Some people have the ability to sense their deceased loved ones nearby them. The sudden coldness or goose bumping could be a sign that they are there with you in the room.

  • Seeing them in your peripheral vision

When you are overwhelmed with deep feelings for the loved one, you may see him or her in your peripheral vision. Not believing you look around to check and see that there is no one there.

  • Seeing them in your dreams

Try to remember what your deceased loved one is trying to tell you in your dreams, especially if it repeats something all over again. Dreams allow us to see them once again and it is believed that while we are sleeping our vibrational energy rises and matches the higher energy, possessed by spirits.

  • Losing objects or finding them in unusual places

This could be a sign that your loved one is trying to reach to you, objects that are oddly misplaced like a photo of you two together, or a gift they gave to you.

  • Strange behavior of pets

Animals have a developed sense for higher energies. Therefore, if your pet is acting strangely after a loss of a loved one, it is most likely that it feels its presence in the room.

  • Numbers

If numbers appear to you that have certain significance in terms if birthday or anniversary, then it is probable that the deceased person is trying to relate to you in this way.

  • Hearing songs

Songs that had a meaning for you and your loved one could start to appear out of nowhere, form someone else’s phone, radio or TV. This could mean that the deceased one is trying to communicate with you.

The belief that you can hear the loved one, or feel his presence is in a way a comfort in that painful period of your life. According to a conducted Welsh study involving elderly widows and widowers, 39% of these people experienced that their deceased ones are there with them, 14% said that they could even see them, 13% could hear their voices, and 3% felt their touch.

There are people who claim that they can communicate with the spirits, and one of them is Kerrie Erwin, a professional medium, energy worker, and author. He states the following, quote:

When I connect to a spirit I often get names, how they died, and they often just want to give me messages to loved ones as death is never the end and love is eternal. It is not unusual to have long conversations about their concerns with living in this life. Spirits also always have messages to give loved ones.”
