Lose 10-17 Pounds in a Week with This Delicious Fat-Burning Soup! Recipe+Diet Plan

  4. Lipton onion soup mix – 1

  7. Green onions – 6
  8. Diced tomatoes – 1 can
  9. Salt and pepper

Feel free to use cayenne pepper, beef bouillon, parsley, and curry powder.


You will need to mix all ingredients in a pot filled with water. Boil the mixture for 10 minutes and once you notice that the veggies are becoming tender you will know the soup is ready.

Here is the second soup recipe:


  1. Onion – 1 diced
  2. Shiitake mushrooms – 0.5kg sliced
  3. Cabbage – 1 shredded
  4. Poblanochile – 1 diced
  5. Bell pepper – 1 diced
  6. Leek – 1 sliced
  7. Broth
  8. Crushed tomatoes – 1kg
  9. Kombu seaweed – 1 chopped
  10. Herbs
  11. Filtered water
  12. Garlic – 1 bulb chopped
  13. Salt and pepper


You will need to use coconut oil in order to fry the veggies quickly, but exclude the tomato and cabbage. These ingredients should be put in pot filled with water and let it boil. Once the water starts to boil you should reduce the heat and let it simmer. At the end add the remaining ingredients.

Here is the weekly diet plan:

1st day – you will need to eat the soup and consume some fruits. Make sure that you drink enough water during the day, or you could drink cranberry juice. Avoid consumption of bananas and watermelons

2nd day – you need to eat the soup and vegetables, but make sure to avoid peas and beans. Instead you should include green vegetables and potato, but make sure not to consume fruits.

3rd day – eat the soup along fruits and veggies. This day you shouldn’t be eating potatoes. By this day you might have already lost 4kg.

4th day –on this day you could consume bananas in addition to the soup. Don’t worry because you wouldn’t have any cravings because the foods are rich with carbs, calcium, proteins, and potassium.

5th day – you should eat 6 tomatoes, 30 grams of beef or lamb, and wheat gluten, chicken, fishoraduki beans. This day is reserved for proteins, and make sure to drink 8 glasses of water. During the day you should also eat the soup.

6th day – this day you should consume wheat gluten, chicken, beef, fish, or lamb, mixed with veggies. It is best to eat 3 steaks mixed with veggies, but make sure not to eat baked potatoes. Eat the soup at least once during the day.

7th day – eat the soup along with vegetables, and feel free to eat rice and fruits.

It is important that you follow this plan closely if you want to lose 9kg during one week. If you notice that you have lost more than 8kg you will need to make a pause.
