  • 1 whole pineapple with its peels
  • 1 quart of filtered water

First wash the pineapple, and then separate the peel from the fruit. Next, cut off the crown of the fruit and place the shell in a pan filled with water. Put the pan on a stove and include in it some pineapple pulp.
