  • Half a ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons of nut butter of your own preference
  • Half a cup of rolled oats
  • Half a cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of unsalted nuts of choice


Start with pouring the milk into a jar, and then nicely stir the nut butter in the milk. Next, include the rolled oats and the thinly-sliced banana. Again stir nicely so that you combine all the ingredients. Cover the jar with a lid and store it into a fridge during the night. The following morning, stir the oats and add the almond milk. Sprinkle the nuts on top and serve.

  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • Half a cup of coconut milk (or other milk at taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of crushed walnuts


Use a mason jar and place all the ingredients in it. Then, stir well till the oats are entirely coated in liquid. Cover it with a lid and put it in the fridge. In the morning, pour little bit of coconut milk and stir to loosen up the oats.

  1. Raspberry, Almond, and Coconut Overnight Oats

One serving recipe


  • Half a cup of rolled oats
  • Half a cup of raspberries (frozen ones can be used as well)
  • Half a cup of unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon of almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon of raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon of shredded coconut
  • Half a tablespoon of sliced almonds


Use a pint size glass mason jar and put inside the oats, raspberries, milk, cinnamon, the almond extract, and raw honey. Stir the ingredients nicely so that all the ingredients are well combined. Cover the jar with a lid and then place it in the fridge to stay overnight. Keep it in the fridge for 2-3 days. Prior serving stir it well, and then add the almonds and coconut.
