The conclusion was that only 4 Brazil nuts are sufficient to improve both types of cholesterol, LDL and HDL for up to 30 days.

Brazil nuts are high in selenium, and only 4 nuts a month are enough to regulate cholesterol levels even more efficiently than statins.
