S’Mores Cookie Cups – Lovely Graham Cracker Cookie Cups Filled with Marshmallows and Chocolate

Desserts are the favorite part of a full meal course, but also when we are outside near the fire enjoying all those thrilling stories. The best dessert is the Buttery graham cracker cups filled with toasted marshmallow and topped with Hershey’s Chocolate Bar. This dessert will make those hot summer days more enjoyable and the camping will get a new dimension.

There are many recipes of making the s’mores, but we recommend the one below in the text. You can make them at your home whenever you want and enjoy them indoors as well.

A Recipe of the Delicious S’Mores

Needed Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of graham crackers(about 7 whole graham cracker sheets)
  • Powdered sugar
  • Salted butter
  • 12 classic size marshmallows
  • Hershey’s milk chocolate bars, or other chocolate bar at your preference


You will use the graham crackers to make the cookie cups, and in a combination with the powdered sugar the cracker crumbs will hold together better and have that needed sweetness. The inclusion of butter will add more flavor and moisture.

When purchasing marshmallows make sure they are of classic size as mini or giant marshmallows will not offer the same results. Cut them in halves to make 24 little rounds.

Here it is how it goes:

Preheat the oven at 350°F. Take a 24-cup mini muffin pan and grease it with non-stick cooking spray.

Combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter, and powdered sugar. By using a spoon put the resulting mixture into the cups of the pan. Press the crumbs into the cups with a mini tart shaper, or if you have not one simply use your fingers.

Bake the graham cracker cups for about 4 minutes, that is, till they turn golden brown. Next, put the marshmallows on top of each graham cracker cup and cut side of the marshmallow down. Bake for additional 2 minutes until the marshmallows turn toasty brown on top. Remove the pan from the oven and on top of each marshmallow, put a piece of chocolate.

Set the pan aside and let it rest for 15 minutes till it cools down. After that, use a butter knife to take each one out of the pan.

What to do with leftover s’mores?
