A Recipe of the Cool Ranch Zucchini Chips 

Needed Ingredients:

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil (for baking)
  • 1 tablespoon of ranch seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Kosher salt
  • A pinch of black pepper, freshly ground
  • Cooking spray

Preparation:

The zucchini chips can be either baked or fried.

Oven Zucchini Chips

Preheat the oven to 225°, and prepare a large baking sheet greased with cooking spray.

As mentioned before it is very important to nicely slice the zucchinis making them as thin as possible. Place the zucchini slices on paper towels and pat them softly to draw out the excess moisture. Once ready transfer them into a large bowl, pour the olive oil and then add the ranch seasoning, oregano, salt, and pepper.
