Needed Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of cauliflower rice

  • cup of almond flour

  • 2 organic eggs

  • Half a teaspoon of sea salt

  • A quarter teaspoon of black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon of ghee

  • 2 mashed avocados, ripe

Method of Preparation:

In order to draw the water out from the riced cauliflower add some salt. Leave it to stand for 20 minutes, and after that squeeze out the liquid. But, if you have bagged riced cauliflower, then it is already dry so you do not have to follow this step.

Mix nicely the cauliflower rice with the almond flour, egg, and black pepper. The result of the mixing should be a moist mixture that stays in shape.
