Exercising is very good for your body and every exercise is beneficial in building the body’s muscles, but the planking is the one that brings the most benefits. However, for many people this type of exercise is very difficult one, and although they do their best they cannot keep it for a long period of time.
There are people who can do it with ease like Dana Glowacka who is the official master of planks after she has set a new world record. She could do planking for 4 hours and 20 minutes and thus won the First International Plank Training. This challenge was very easy for her considering the fact that the previous planking record was at 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Dana did it even better, the amazing 4 hours and 20 minutes, and her body did not shake at all. Could you imagine yourself doing this? Probably not, but Dana has succeeded.
Dana was preparing for this challenge and her brother accompanied her and helped her to succeed. He even travelled 24 hours just to be her support during the contest. This record was not set by chance as Dana is a fitness enthusiast who loves planks and yoga.
