- 2 lemons
- 1 medium sized ginger root
- 17 ½ oz honey
Preparation and Use
First wash the lemons and cut them into small pieces. Peel and cut the ginger into small pieces. Take a glass container and add the honey, lemon and ginger. Marinate overnight. Then, close the jar well and keep it in the fridge.
The remedy will become hard but you can dilute it in some water. It is ideal to take 1 tablespoon per day for an adult and 1 teaspoon per day for a child.
